With over 30 years of experience, Mr. Tapas Mathur leads Xfinity Buildcon’s strategic vision and growth. He has delivered over 50 million sq. ft. across various projects, supported by his background in civil engineering and business management from IIM Trichy.
Pandeti Raghupathy
Director (Commercial)
Mr. Pandeti Raghupathy is a senior construction industry professional with over 30 years of experience in civil and infrastructure development. As the Founder of Futuro Infra, he brings strong commercial insight and strategic perspective to Xfinity Buildcon’s leadership.
Karthik Agni
Director (Design & Engineering)
A Structural Engineer with a master’s degree from USC, Los Angeles, Mr. Karthik Agni leads design and engineering, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and innovative construction practices.
Srinivas Raju
Director (Business Operations)
Mr. Srinivas Raju oversees the core operational and strategic functions of Xfinity Buildcon. With a master’s degree from Northeastern University, Boston, he oversees operations and strategy, focusing on process optimization and aligning execution with business growth.
Manjunatha Raju
Director (Projects)
Mr. Manjunatha Raju leads all project execution activities across the company. A Civil Engineer from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Mr. Manjunatha Raju leads project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery across all sites.
